ART ADVISORY

The Art House founder, Elizabeth, is an associate of the Appraiser's Association of America and a USPAP-Compliant appraiser specializing in Fine and Decorative Art.  ​​Through her firm Piazza Fine Art, Elizabeth specializes in confidential certified appraisals, compliant with both Internal Revenue Service guidelines and Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP),  for all purposes, including:
